Chris studied Nutrition and Exercise Science at the University of North Dakota, received his Masters in Kinesiology from Boise State University and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin.

He is a strength and conditioning coach with experience and passion for bridging the gap between rehabilitation, injury prevention and training for sports. He has worked with professional and collegiate athletes, high school athletes and active adults of every age with focus on manual therapy, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and functional training. 

Chris loves weightlifting and being active outdoors, mountain biking and cross-country skiing. On the weekends and evenings, he loves playing board games and spending time with his wife and three kids.
