Karsen is originally from Camano Island but has called the Wenatchee Valley her home for the past eight years. She has a love for the outdoors and especially feels most at home anywhere near the beach. After starting her career at a local gym, Karsen followed her passion for wellness and movement into the physical therapy field, where she brings her energy and experience to support others on their journey to better health.

Outside of work, she’s usually hiking, running, working out, or traveling, and she never passes up a good concert. Karsen loves spending time with her friends, family, and her pup Oliver.
